Bhooma Homes reimagined the plan to improve circulation, daylight, and long-term performance while delivering a contemporary aesthetic. This is a 3000 sft floor plan. We worked on ~900 sft addition and remodel of the existing house. Inside, we remodeled the spaces to have an open floor plan. Beyond the large foyer is a well-appointed Great Room with a beautiful octagonal clear story feature bringing in light and drama into the Formal Living space.
The bay window in the Den in the front is a very welcoming feature. We also added a new Master Suite and two new bedrooms for the kids.
The Master Suite has its own elegant foyer entry. Spacious and very well lit, the master suite is truly an oasis. The massive master bath features a large soaking tub, a large walk-in shower, separate vanities, a make-up area, linen cabinetry, and a separate water closet.
We designed new elevations for the house to give it enhanced curb appeal, a lot of light, space, and charm.

The Remodel Emerald San Jose began by addressing the constraints of an urban lot—light access, efficient plan, and privacy. Our design reorganized rooms to prioritize daylight and the best use of available square footage.
