The design created versatile interiors, enhanced natural lighting, and added functionality for modern family living. With sustainable features and refined craftsmanship, Madrone stands as a model of thoughtful remodeling.

We are proud to introduce Madrone– our latest Design + Build project in Santa Clara. It’s a complete re-build that embodies the elegance and warmth of Modern Farmhouse Style. 

This home is thoughtfully designed to blend aesthetic beauty with practical living. The journey begins with a grand double-height entry foyer that sets a welcoming tone from the moment you step inside, setting the stage for what lies ahead. The heart of the home and the centerpiece is the expansive double-height great room, which opens up entirely to the backyard, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience, perfect for enjoying natural light and picturesque views. This space is perfect for both intimate family gatherings and entertaining guests.

A unique feature of this home is the loft, which connects the two floors and offers additional living space that can be used as a family room or media room, complete with a wet bar. This versatile area provides a cozy retreat for relaxation and entertainment. Another standout feature of Madrone is the balcony that connects the second floor to the backyard, offering a unique vantage point and an easy flow between levels, ideal for entertaining or simply relaxing outdoors on the 2nd floor.
