Great Room opens into a rear large patio and a rear landscaped yard with a swimming pool
The project is in the Warm Springs area of Fremont. The new 4,000 sq. ft. home features a very inviting grand foyer that leads into a Great Room, which opens completely onto a large patio/outdoor living area and the rear landscaped yard, leading to the swimming pool. A large, open kitchen for the family to gather around and entertain leads to the Media Room and Family Room, which in turn open up to the rear landscaped yard. The main floor of this residence also sports a luxurious Guest Bedroom/ JADU and an ADU. The second floor has a family loft, a luxurious and self-sufficient Master Suite with its own deck overlooking the landscaped rear yard below. Kids’ Rooms are close to parents, an office to support work-from-home, and a walk-in, brightly lit large laundry room, all on the second floor. Our endeavor in this project is to marry the outdoor landscaped areas, the swimming pool, and the interior spaces together to offer a resort-like lifestyle in the middle of hectic Bay Area life.
